Learn to Teach
This program is designed to teach you everything you will need to know to become an ISU Recreation Services Personal Trainer, and to prepare you to take the ACE (American Council on Exercise) nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification exam. The course will consist of a lecture portion and practical portion. Attendance on both days is required. At the end of the course, you will perform a training session practical to determine skill eligibility to be hired as a Personal Trainer for ISU Recreation Services.
To qualify to register you must currently be enrolled as an Iowa State University student and have at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation.
