Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellations which occur with notice at a minimum of ten business days prior to the event are eligible to receive up to 90% refund. Cancellations which occur with notice between ten business days and five business days prior to the event are eligible to receive up to 50% refund. Cancellations which occur with notice less than five business days prior to the event are not eligible to receive a refund.  *Cancellations which occur due to special circumstances (i.e., weather) may be eligible to receive a partial or full refund at the discretion of ISU upon review and with approval from the Business Operations Assistant Director.
