Check In With Yourself
College can be exciting, challenging, and a lot to balance. Your wellbeing matters—and taking a few minutes to check in with yourself can be a great first step toward feeling your best and reaching your goals at Iowa State.
The Cyclone Support Self-Assessment is a quick, voluntary 10–15 minute check-in designed to help you learn more about different areas of your health and wellbeing. You’ll answer questions about things that may be affecting how you’re feeling, functioning, and succeeding at ISU.
There are no right or wrong answers. Just be honest and answer based on your experiences. When you’re finished, you’ll receive personalized feedback and scores to help you better understand your strengths and identify areas where you might benefit from additional support.
And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. If you’d like some extra support after reviewing your results, you can connect with a Wellbeing Coach to talk through your goals, explore resources, and take your next step.
Ready to check in? Set aside 10–15 minutes, find a comfortable spot, and start your self-assessment when you’re ready.
The Cyclone Support Self-Assessment is a voluntary educational and informational tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your results are not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have concerns about your health, Student Health and Wellness can help connect you with appropriate professional resources. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
