Join us for a holistic approach to yoga that focuses on promoting overall well-being—mind, body, and spirit—not just physical postures. This practice combines breath work, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of balance and vitality.
During this mindful movement session with Nora Hudson, Mindful Movement Specialist and Alison St. Germain, Registered Dietitian, will guide you through body image/respect intentions and provide valuable resources for continued exploration. We will conclude with a mindful eating experience led by Ann Parker, Registered Dietitian.
