Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is an early intervention program that teaches adults to:
- Recognize signs and symptoms of mental health challenges
- Respond with nonjudgmental listening and reassurance
- Connect individuals to appropriate professional support

This course includes advance self-paced learning followed by a full-day, in-person instructor-led training.
